The Cleveland Winds wins $4k grant from Cuyahoga Arts and Culture

We are pleased to share that the Cleveland Winds was one of 193 recipients, and 27 NEW recipients, of a project support grant for 2023. This $4,000 grant is our first ever, and we're quite excited!

The funds will be used to cover expenses and honoraria for our guest artists, increase our publicity outreach, pay for ensemble repertoire, including rental and commissioning fees, and to provide for administrative support.

Even though our first concert was in March 2009, this feels like the beginning of a new phase for the Cleveland Winds, and we’re excited to see what the future holds for the ensemble.
